COMMON QUESTIONS

What's the difference between Free and VIP?
Free members get signals posted to Discord — you read them and place trades manually yourself. VIP members get everything in Free plus fully automated execution: after installing the PhantomReceiver app and connecting your API key, PHANTOM places the orders for you on your NinjaTrader account — with TP and SL — exactly as you see on the YouTube livestream, in real time. No manual action required.
Does the auto-trading work with Tradovate?
No. The PhantomReceiver auto-trading app only connects to NinjaTrader 8 (free to download). If you use Tradovate or another platform, you can still subscribe to VIP and follow the signals manually from Discord — you just won't have automated order placement.
Do I need NinjaTrader 8 to use the signals?
No. You can manually copy the signals from Discord on any platform — NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, or any broker that supports MNQ futures.
Does VIP auto-trading work on Mac?
No. NinjaTrader 8 only runs as a Windows desktop application — there is no Mac version, and the browser-based NT8 web platform does not support the AddOns that PhantomReceiver needs to place trades automatically. You'll need a Windows PC (or a Windows virtual machine) with the NinjaTrader 8 desktop app installed for VIP auto-trading. Free signals in Discord can still be followed manually from any device, including Mac.
How many signals per day?
12+ signals across Asia (23:00 UTC), London (07:00 UTC) and New York (14:30 UTC) sessions. Each signal can generate up to 4 Discord messages.
What is the T2 reversal trade?
If Trade 1 (T1) hits its Stop Loss, the bot automatically opens Trade 2 (T2) in the opposite direction. This is where the majority of profits come from — T2 win rate is 77–94% depending on session.
Is this suitable for prop firm accounts?
Yes. The system trades multiple times per day which helps complete challenges faster. Always check your daily drawdown limit before each session. We recommend demo trading for 1–2 weeks first.
Can I cancel anytime?
